Speech Therapy for Kids
At Newberry Health Hospital, Speech-language Pathologists (SLPs) assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in children. Our therapists complete an evaluation to formulate an individualized plan of care with specific goals that are addressed in weekly therapy sessions. This plan includes parental involvement, education and home carryover activities.
