Appointments
Outpatient therapy services at the Center for Adult Physical, Speech, and Occupational Therapy are available by appointment. A physician referral may be required depending on your insurance plan and specific therapy needs.

Billing and Insurance
The Newberry Health Center for Adult Physical, Speech, and Occupational Therapy accept all insurance carriers to include Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare and private insurance.
Insurance may require prior authorization for services which will be determined prior to your initial evaluation, if you have any specific questions about your benefits, we encourage you to contact your insurance carrier.
We are also a direct access facility. This allows you to be evaluated and treated by a licensed physical therapist without first obtaining a physician referral. This can help you begin care sooner for pain, injury, or mobility concerns.
Medical Services
The Center for Adult Physical, Speech, and Occupational Therapy offers a full range of outpatient rehabilitation services designed to support recovery, restore function, and improve quality of life for adults. As the only comprehensive adult therapy center in the community, we provide coordinated care across multiple therapy disciplines in one location. Each patient receives an individualized treatment plan tailored to their goals, needs, and abilities.
Physical Therapy
Outpatient physical therapy focuses on improving strength, mobility, balance, and overall physical function. Our therapists work with patients recovering from injury, surgery, or illness, as well as those managing chronic pain or mobility limitations, to help them move more comfortably and confidently.

Occupational Therapy
Outpatient occupational therapy helps adults develop or regain the skills needed for daily living and independence. Services may address activities such as self-care, work-related tasks, fine motor skills, and functional movement to support safe and successful participation in everyday life.
