Bio

Dr. Redding’s path to medicine began at Clemson University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in microbiology and minored in music—blending science and the arts with equal passion. Her time at Clemson not only sharpened her academic abilities but also fostered a strong sense of community and teamwork, values she brings to her medical practice every day.

She went on to receive her medical degree from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, where her natural compassion and commitment to lifelong learning shaped her into the caring, skilled physician she is today.

A proud native of Greenwood, SC, Dr. Redding has a deep appreciation for the tight-knit communities that define this region. Her medical interests include a focus on women’s health and global wellness, and her holistic, patient-centered approach ensures that care extends beyond the physical—supporting the emotional and mental well-being of every individual she treats.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Redding is a devoted Clemson Tigers fan, a crafty DIY enthusiast, and a talented singer. She now calls Newberry home, where she lives with her husband Robert, their twin boys Jacob and Graham, and their sweet pup Sadie.
