As Newberry Health embarks on an exciting new chapter with a refreshed brand, the Newberry County Hospital Foundation is proud to unveil a new look of its own. While the Foundation’s logo has been updated to align with Newberry Health’s bold new direction, the Foundation will maintain a distinct name and identity—and for good reason.
The Newberry County Hospital Foundation is a separate nonprofit entity with a unique mission: to inspire philanthropy and build partnerships that support quality healthcare in our community. Unlike Newberry Health, which provides direct clinical care, the Foundation focuses on advancing care through charitable giving, community engagement, and strategic investment in people, programs, and facilities.
“We’ve updated our look, not our identity. This is about honoring our roots while stepping into the future alongside Newberry Health,” said Emily Metts, Foundation Director. “People often ask why the Foundation doesn’t just use Newberry Health’s logo and the answer is simple. We’re part of the same ecosystem, but we serve different purposes. Aligning visually with Newberry Health while keeping our own name and logo is the best of both worlds—it shows connection without losing clarity.”
Maintaining a distinct name and logo ensures that the Foundation’s purpose remains clear. It allows donors, partners, and the public to easily identify the Foundation’s independent role while still recognizing its strong connection to Newberry Health.
This visual evolution represents both unity and distinction—honoring our shared commitment to a healthier future while preserving the Foundation’s unique voice and mission. The new logo features design elements that echo Newberry Health’s brand while giving the Foundation a voice of its own. It is modern, meaningful, and built to grow with the organization as it continues to impact lives across the county.
Together, Newberry Health and the Newberry County Hospital Foundation are building a healthier future—united in purpose, and distinct in approach.
