Return and Refund Policy

Newberry Health Patient Financial Services Online Payment Refund Policy: In the event an overpayment is processed on a patient account, you may contact our Patient Financial Services Department at (803) 405-7135, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 4:30 pm. All accounts will be reviewed and if there are no outstanding guarantor balances, a refund may be evaluated and processed.
